Hello, my name is Brett Rogers

Summary

I am a senior at Ferris State University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, with a strong focus on game programming and game engine development. I am an experienced computer programmer with hands-on expertise designing engine systems and building complete games from the ground up, including a commercial release on Steam.

My primary interests are low-level systems, performance, and engine architecture. I am driven by understanding how complex systems function beneath the surface and how data structures and software design principles enable scalable, high-performance engines. I plan to continue developing these skills through professional work and graduate study in software engineering.
